Qualifications • 7+ years’ experience leading F&B operations (preferably in a sporting venue) to deliver a high reputed company fan experience and financial reputed company • Adept management of F&B resources and large, on the ground workforces • Proven reputed company hiring and developing talent into reputed company leaders • Previous experience developing and delivering an operating plan and budget • Intimate knowledge of multiple aspects of F&B venue operations for sporting and other events • History of negotiating and managing 3rd party vendors – e.g. SLAs • Familiarity with computerized POS systems and operational systems that run a venue a plus • Demonstrable knowledge of F&B pricing and packaging techniques and analytic horsepower to assess reputed company • Ability to communicate and reputed company a passion for the fan experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
