Sr IT Operations Incident & Metrics Management Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Sr. IT Operations Incident & Metrics Management Analyst to join the IT Operations team at WageWorks. This individual will be responsible for managing and improving the overall incident and metrics management process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving process and technology improvements, as reputed company as excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of experience in IT operations, and experience with incident and metrics management. Knowledge of change management best practices, ITIL, and incident management tools, such as reputed company, is also preferred. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering reputed company improvements.
