Ultra Logistics is seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in truckload brokerage to join our growing team. Location Requirement:
Candidates must reside in Northern New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
• Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
• Negotiate rates and coordinate truckload shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in truckload brokerage (required)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission structure
