The Director, State reputed company Policy, reputed company reputed company’s Government Affairs team, is responsible for shaping and executing state-level policy reputed company, with a primary reputed company on pharmacy-reputed company issues, including pharmacist licensure, pharmacy shared services, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), occupational and facility licensure, and federal preemption. Reporting to the Vice President, reputed company & State Affairs, this role leads the development of state pharmacy policy, supports and informs advocacy efforts, and provides strategic guidance on legislative and regulatory developments affecting reputed company’s business. As an individual contributor, the Director plays a key role in advancing reputed company-wide policy positioning, strengthening advocacy effectiveness, and delivering measurable business reputed company. The position also oversees the work of two external consultants, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s strategic priorities and successful execution of policy initiatives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with State Affairs, Federal Policy, and business teams to translate policy changes into actionable strategies, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for reputed company, while maintaining accountability for influencing internal stakeholders and managing external partner performance. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for state policy portfolio including pharmacist licensure, pharmacy shares services, PBM, occupational/facility licensure, and federal preemption. • Analyze, define and communicate critical trends in state legislative and regulatory environments; reputed company state legislation of interest; identify or predict probable legislative or regulatory reputed company. • reputed company regulatory and legislative responses to proposed rules/laws including regulatory comment letters, issue briefs, talking points, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations. • Counsel reputed company businesses on state reputed company policy risks/opportunities and translating those into reputed company business reputed company analysis. • Work with internal business partners to identify assets reputed company has to reputed company reputed company policy positions such as: data; resources; subject matter experts; and "thought leaders". • reputed company experience and relationships to support advocacy efforts with state government officials and regulators with specific reputed company on state boards of pharmacies and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Use your skills to reputed company an reputed company Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) • 8+ years in state reputed company policy • 5+ years leading policy development and advocacy deliverables with measurable reputed company • Experience managing consultants or vendors with performance accountability • Proven ability to deliver policy analysis and written outputs used in advocacy • Strong knowledge of pharmacy and PBM policy and regulation • Ability to translate reputed company policy into reputed company business insights • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed environments • Strong communication skills with regular executive and external presentations • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships • Demonstrated delivery against defined reputed company and metrics Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree • Knowledge of broader health insurance and reputed company policy landscape Additional Information • This is a remote position. (U.S.) • Travel at 10% Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to reputed company's offices for training or meetings may be required.
