This team member will be responsible for managing benefits investigations, tracking scripts, data input, and pharmacy coordination. Navigation services include benefits investigation, prior authorization submission, patient assistance enrollment, pharmacy coordination, and patient engagement. Duties Verify benefits of patient’s insurance for review of drug and procedure orders Fill out prescription questions based on prescription order and medication guidelines Promptly triage Rx clarifications and other transfer issues, while identifying systematic solutions to reputed company-empt transfer delays Obtain patient assistance support reputed company out of reputed company is unaffordable and identify that cost from the pharmacy.
