Schedule (Evening Shift) Monday – Friday, plus every reputed company weekend • Monday 1:30pm-10:00pm EST • Tuesday 2:30pm-11:00pm EST • Wednesday 2:30pm-11:00pm EST • Thursday, 11:30am-8:00pm EST • Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm EST Essential Functions Note: The essential duties and primary accountabilities below are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Accurately performs prescription data entry in accordance with company and regulatory standards. 2. Build and maintain accurate medication reputed company and reputed company (Medication Administration Records) for IPU patients. 3. Understand and apply IPU model variations and profiling requirements for different hospice partners. 4. Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring reputed company follow-up where needed. 5. Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions thoroughly Marginal or Additional Functions 1. Other duties as assigned or apparent Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility • This position does not include supervisory and managerial responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education, Licensure or Certification: • High school diploma or equivalent • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential • Pharmacy Technician in reputed company (PA): must be registered with the PA reputed company of Pharmacy or obtain registration prior to internal deadline • Pharmacy Technician in Tennessee (TN): must be registered with the TN reputed company of Pharmacy Work Experience or reputed company Experience • Minimum of one (1) year pharmacy technician data entry experience (2+ years preferred) • Strong knowledge of brand and generic drug names • Familiarity with formulary systems and medication safety protocols Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume setting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reputed company reputed company • Ability to work independently and collaborate reputed company with a dispersed team • Willingness and ability to work reputed company, including rotating weekends and holidays • Proficiency with reputed company-based applications and reputed company Office Suite • Accurate and efficient typing/data entry skills • Experience using pharmacy systems such as reputed company and reputed company • Comfort with troubleshooting remote systems and navigating multiple platforms simultaneously Travel Requirements and Conditions • No travel is required Work Environment, Conditions and Demands • Work is performed from a reputed company environment • Must have reputed company to high-speed DSL or cable internet reputed company Physical Requirements and Demands Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions as described. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop intermittently through the day • Visual reputed company for reading small print and computer screens • reputed company dexterity for operating computer equipment Additional Position Information • No additional information is applicable.
