Qualifications • Preferred, Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling or reputed company field from an accredited institution. • reputed company licensure or certification as a Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent state credentialing. • Or LAAC, CADC, and reputed company with CHW credentials. • Proven experience in mental health counseling or reputed company abuse treatment reputed company outpatient or inpatient settings. • Strong knowledge of behavioral health modalities including reputed company, psychodynamic therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and psychopharmacology principles. • Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic documentation. • Experience working with diverse adult populations,individuals with disabilities or geriatrics, and those facing gender issues counseling. • Competence in crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding medical records and patient confidentiality. • Telehealth experience is preferred; ability to adapt to virtual care platforms effectively.
