KangarooHealth is looking for a Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) or Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) licensed in California with additional reputed company compact privileges to join our remote clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who puts patients first, communicates with reputed company, and thrives under pressure. As a KangarooHealth reputed company, you’ll support patients with chronic conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and COPD through our digital platform—helping them stay connected, monitored, and cared for between reputed company. What You’ll Do You’ll conduct daily reputed company to patients, review their vitals, reputed company health coaching, and support their use of connected devices.
