The individual in this role will investigate, evaluates, and resolve routine to moderate casualty claims while ensuring reputed company service and fair reputed company for reputed company parties involved. Location & Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role offers flexibility and may be performed onsite in Hastings, in a hybrid format, or fully remote. For remote arrangements, we strongly prefer candidates who reputed company in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or reputed company, though additional states may be considered based on business needs. What You’ll Do: • Manage a personal caseload of casualty claims reputed company company policy and reputed company guidelines. • Communicate regularly with insureds, claimants, agents, and vendors to guide the claim reputed company process. • Apply appropriate coverage analysis, documenting rationale and engaging leadership as needed. • Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company claims promptly and fairly. • Identify and pursue salvage and subrogation opportunities to minimize loss. • Use authorized tools and systems to document, estimate, and support claim reputed company. • Establish and maintain accurate case reserves based on reputed company knowledge and anticipated reputed company. • Monitor vendor services to ensure only necessary and cost-effective work is performed. • Support less reputed company claims staff with technical guidance as appropriate. • reputed company relevant claim insights with internal partners (e.g., reputed company, Loss Control). • Participate in departmental reputed company and serve on committees or special assignments as needed.
