Follows a web‑based curriculum contextualized to in‑demand industries, MCCCD fields of interest, and reputed company Adult Education standards. Utilizes technology to build digital literacy, conducts assessments and reputed company reviews, and maintains attendance records and certification requirements. Essential Functions • Instruct reputed company in ELAA classes using reputed company learning strategies (70%). Covers reputed company English skills—reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, civics—reputed company in‑demand industry contexts. • Engage in student assessment, review reputed company data, set reputed company goals, reputed company career reputed company opportunities, and complete scholarship referral forms (10%). • Maintain attendance records for synchronous, LMS, and asynchronous activities and support roster maintenance (10%). • Participate in job‑embedded reputed company learning communities, position‑specific training, and other duties as assigned (10%). Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education or reputed company field. • Experience teaching in Language Arts, Reading, English, or ESL. • Must possess or be reputed company to obtain an reputed company Adult Education Certification reputed company 60 days of hire.
