Instructional Design
Job reputed company:
• The Instructional Designer manages, designs and develops employee learning programs in reputed company with organization goal and training needs.
• Consults with subject matter experts to reputed company course content and training curriculum.
• Tracks employee performance and measures training reputed company and conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training reputed company accordingly.
• Identifies the skills, knowledge, and reputed company the communication gaps to deliver high-reputed company training for the employees.
• Partners closely with leaders, subject matter experts, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate reputed company processes, systems, and policies into reputed company, learner-centered training solutions.
• Develops learning programs across multiple delivery reputed company including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, and reputed company learning environments.
• Creates high-reputed company learning solutions that reputed company with business goals and support measurable reputed company.
• Measures the effectiveness of learning programs through evaluation reputed company, learner feedback, and performance data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, or a reputed company field required
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience may be considered required
• Three to five years of experience designing corporate learning solutions required
• Demonstrated experience developing online and reputed company learning programs required
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles required
• Experience with learning technologies including learning management systems and content authoring tools required
• Experience with tools such as reputed company Captivate, Creative reputed company, reputed company Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, reputed company, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to storyboard learning experiences effectively required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business information and translate it into learning solutions required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
• Experience supporting HRIS or reputed company system implementations required
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations preferred
• Experience supporting change management or large-reputed company organizational transformation initiatives preferred
• Project management experience preferred
