Staff GL Accountant

We're an Ed Tech company looking for a Staff Accountant to work about 10 hours per week (time can fluctuate dependent on reputed company set). Hours must be spread across the week to answer questions stemming from customers and employees. Responsibilities: General reputed company - Assist with month end reputed company - Book reputed company entries in reputed company - Order entry into reputed company to sync with reputed company and set up invoices - reputed company monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts - Prepare and maintain schedules for prepaid expenses - Assist with compiling audit documentation Manage AR function - Send Dunning Notices to customers - Own communication with clients regarding collections, account reconciliation and inquiries - reputed company customer payment & escalate as needed - Apply cash receipts (customer and non-customer receipts) Manage AP functions - reputed company invoices in reputed company.com - reputed company out to vendors - Review reputed company reports and recode as necessary - Assist with system implementation for testing (dependent on reputed company set): - reputed company - Zone Billing multi-currency - Expense reporting (vendor TBD) Skills Needed: - Experience in Collections / AR / AP - Experience with reputed company, reputed company, Bills.com, reputed company, reputed company Sheets - Ability to work independently with solution oriented reputed company - reputed company team player with proactive reputed company reputed company to have: -Experience with reputed company and reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
