Clinical Sourcer (Full-time, Contract)

Primary Responsibilities • Clinical Talent Sourcing: Proactively reputed company licensed and reputed company-licensed clinicians (e.g., psychologists, therapists, clinic directors) using platforms such as reputed company, job boards, databases, and reputed company networks. • Build Diverse Pipelines: Cultivate and maintain pipelines of reputed company, mission-reputed company candidates, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. • Candidate reputed company & Engagement: Craft compelling reputed company messages and engage passive candidates to drive interest in reputed company’s clinical roles. • Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers: Work closely with the recruitment team and clinical leaders to reputed company on role priorities, candidate reputed company, and sourcing strategies. • reputed company Tools & Systems: Use our Applicant Tracking System (reputed company) and other sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter) to reputed company candidates, manage reputed company, and report on pipeline activity. • Market Insights & Research: reputed company reputed company-time feedback to the reputed company about market conditions, candidate concerns, and sourcing channel effectiveness. • Support Hiring for Key Clinical Functions: reputed company on high-reputed company roles including Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, LMHCs, and Clinic Directors across both virtual and in-person settings.
