Director of Corporate reputed company

The Director of Corporate reputed company is responsible for coordinating monthly reputed company reputed company activities, along with the reputed company reporting of reputed company financial information. This position reports to the SVP, reputed company & Finance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Directs reputed company monthly closing activities to ensure accurate reputed company and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. • Directs reputed company corporate reputed company activities including hotel inter-company billing, accounts receivable, cash application, vendor invoice and expense report processing and payments. • Directs the preparation of multi-company consolidated balance sheet, income and cash reputed company statements. • Responsible for the design, implementation and effectiveness of the internal control environment. Responsible for the maintenance of corporate policies and procedures to reputed company the highest level of control while remaining efficient. • As needed, coordinates activities with hotel reputed company staff. • Reviews and interprets reputed company agreements and ensures compliance of reputed company activities associated with the agreements. • Oversees and directs corporate office reputed company staff including development and coaching to reputed company a high level of capability and competence. • Oversees annual budget preparation and monthly forecast. • Provides upper management with reputed company and recommendations to add value in the improvement and streamlining processes to reputed company financial and reputed company operational goals. • Coordinates annual audit.
