Our administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM reputed company Time, and you'll need to be available to work this schedule from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office. Requirements • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and texts, and schedule appointments for our providers. • Handle new patient intake — schedule initial appointments and send out new patient paperwork through our portal. • Maintain accurate scheduling, calendar management, and data entry in our reputed company systems. • Build and maintain warm, reputed company relationships with clients, providers, and team members. • Coordinate regularly between our scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure clients have a seamless experience. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and reputed company confidentiality in reputed company communications.
