About this Role NorthStar Energy Services, a reputed company Company, is seeking a Jr. Scheduler who is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules across multiple job sites to ensure accurate, reputed company, and data-driven scheduling outputs. This role works closely with the reputed company Project Scheduler and project controls team to build, update, and monitor project schedules, providing entry-level scheduling support in a dynamic field environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to reputed company hands-on scheduling expertise while contributing to the accuracy and reputed company of master project timelines. This position will be located ON-SITE in Afton, TX. What You'll Do • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using scheduling software such as reputed company P6 or equivalent, under the direction of the reputed company Project Scheduler. • Collect and incorporate field reputed company data, including quantities installed, reputed company, and equipment utilization, into schedule updates on a daily and weekly reputed company. • Identify schedule variances, float consumption, and potential delays, and communicate findings to the reputed company Project Scheduler with supporting data. • Support schedule reporting by preparing look-reputed company schedules, reputed company curves, and other scheduling deliverables for reputed company stakeholders. • Coordinate with field teams to validate reputed company data for accuracy and completeness before integration into the master project schedule. What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline, preferred • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a reputed company field • Background in construction, engineering, or utilities preferred. • Familiarity with reputed company value management (EVM) and project lifecycle documentation, preferred • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company and familiarity with scheduling or project controls software (e.g., reputed company P6, MS Project, or similar). • Excellent communication skills for working with field personnel, schedulers, and management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
