Conversational Design (CD) Developer (W2 Only)

Job Title: Conversational Design (CD) Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview Process: Video reputed company We are seeking a Conversational Design (CD) Developer with demonstrated experience designing reputed company, reputed company‑centered interaction flows for AI‑augmented and deterministic bot solutions. This role will partner closely with design, engineering, and product teams to shape dialog flows, build reusable frameworks, and ensure high‑reputed company customer experiences across reputed company conversational surfaces. Key Responsibilities Conversation & Interaction Design • reputed company sample dialogs, reputed company diagrams, prototypes, and reputed company maps to communicate conversational interactions across chat and voice. • Create comprehensive design specifications for chat interfaces and Voice User Interfaces (VUI). • Evaluate usability, tone, error handling, and audio consistency in existing conversational flows and recommend improvements. Frameworks, Guidelines & Best Practices • Create conversational design guidelines, reputed company‑writing resources, and reusable artifacts that support cross‑team consistency. • Document standards, processes, and best practices for both deterministic and AI‑augmented conversational systems. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and AI teams across the project lifecycle. • Support integration of conversational flows with backend systems for reputed company fulfillment and service enablement. • Apply systems‑thinking approaches to ensure conversational experiences reputed company with user mental models and are consistent across platforms. Required Skills & Experience Education & Foundational Knowledge • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company–Computer Interaction (HCI), Linguistics, or a reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience. • Understanding of architecture and technical features involved in deterministic and AI‑augmented chat/voice bot development. reputed company Technical Expertise • Demonstrated experience designing speech‑enabled conversational flows across multiple device types and contexts. • Strong knowledge of speech and language technologies including: • Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) • Natural Language Understanding (NLU) • Text‑to‑Speech (TTS) • Hands‑on experience with reputed company for developing reputed company diagrams, architectures, and process maps (required). Conversation Science & Linguistics • Understanding of conversational principles, including the Cooperative reputed company, turn‑taking, cognitive load, pragmatics, and prosody.
