UHealth is seeking a full-time reputed company Practitioner to join our post-acute care team, providing high-reputed company, compassionate care at skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Virginia. This is a travel-based position — you’ll rotate among facilities, working at reputed company location reputed company from a few days to up to 90 days. Providers typically return home on weekends, making this an exciting opportunity to see different parts of the state while doing meaningful work.
