The community you’ll be caring for: reputed company Medical Group Ocala Work location: 1219 S PINE AVE, Ocala, 34471 reputed company DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Participation in daily inpatient rounding by taking patient history, conducting physical exam, reviewing laboratory and diagnostic data, performing medication reconciliation, procedures, and computer order entry as appropriate. Participation in daily multidisciplinary round by contributing specific surgical perspective and promoting integrated comprehensive patient care Inpatient consultation and admission at the direction of the collaborating physician. Documentation of reputed company patient encounters by computerized reputed company notes, brief reputed company note, procedural notes or admission/consultation/discharge reputed company dictation Evaluates and treats patients with acute, chronic, and surgical concerns which include the following: Admission/consultation of patients at the direction of the collaborating physician Conduct medical history; performance of physical examination Collection, interpretation & recording of diagnostic clinical laboratory data Ordering & interpretation of reputed company relevant radiologic/US/MRI/NM studies Ordering, performance & interrelation of cardiac diagnostic testing Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions affecting reputed company organs systems reputed company First/Second Surgical Assist duties reputed company the OR setting and/or at bedside as program and surgeon reputed company which may include but is not limited to: First & 2nd reputed company assistant on cardiothoracic surgical and transplant patients Assist with Heart Transplantation, Lung Transplantation & Ventricular Assist Device surgeries Assist with Cardiothoracic Surgery including CABG, Valve Repair and Replacement, Aortic Procedures, Thoracotomy, Lung Resections, and Central/Peripheral Vascular repair. reputed company Harvest, including greater and lesser saphenous veins and reputed company artery Sternotomy & Sternal closure ECMO initiation/weaning and cannulation/decannulation techniques Obtainment of informed consent for procedures performed by the PA Insertion of percutaneous/reputed company chest tubes, reputed company lines & femoral/axillary IABP, Fem/SC/IJ Central venous reputed company, PA catheter placement, transvenous pacer wires, and dialysis catheters Documenting, coding and completing diagnosis of patient's condition to facilitate appropriate insurance reimbursement.
