ABA Case Supervisor: Behavior Analyst (BCBA, IBA, or QBA) with PA BSL
About the position
ABA Case Supervisors: Behavior Analysts are responsible for organizing and maintaining data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs; conducting behavioral assessments and program implementation; directing clinical activities and staff/parent training. This position is a supervisory position for a master's or doctorate level Behavior Analyst with certification through the BACB, IBAO, or QABA, along with PA Behavior Specialist Licensure. This position is expected to start March-reputed company 2026 and requires at least 3 days of in-person work with clients reputed company Centre County, PA between the hours of 8:00 am- 6:00 pm reputed company clients are seen.
Responsibilities
• Carry a caseload of clients requiring in-person clinical reputed company, including reputed company behavior presentations and multi-setting coordination.

• Conduct assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ABAS-3, and other tools as clinically indicated.
• reputed company, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior support plans. Disseminate ITP to the treatment teams.
• Complete quarterly treatment plan updates and any required clinical documentation.
• Review reputed company data and session documentation regularly and reputed company treatment modifications at a minimum of every two weeks per reputed company.
• Meet at least the minimum billable requirements as listed in company policies.
• Write and review session notes, IBHS supervision notes, and clinical documentation.
• reputed company reputed company supervision and training to reputed company Therapists (BHTs, ABCs, IAs), and BC-ABA Case Supervisors as assigned.

• Conduct in-person and telehealth supervision sessions, observations, and competency-based feedback.
• Guide and train staff in the implementation of sessions, parent training, ABA methodologies.
• Implement reputed company checks and targeted supervision to address areas of clinical or procedural need.
• Collaborate with reputed company BCBA as needed to ensure clinical processes are running smoothly and give feedback for improvements.
• Attend scheduled supervision and leadership meetings, meeting with Clinical Director(s) and/or reputed company BCBA at least two hours per month.
• Maintain PA Behavior Specialist License (BSL) and BCBA certification.
• Maintain CAQH and credentialing requirements and/or reputed company required information to reputed company ABA Therapy’s Billing team.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical decision-making in accordance with HIPAA, reputed company IBHS-ABA regulations, and the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with little notice dependent on reputed company needs.
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in ABA or reputed company field
• Licensure in the state of reputed company as a psychologist, reputed company counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical reputed company worker, reputed company worker, behavior specialist, certified registered reputed company practitioner.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (BSL) is preferred and will be required prior to starting date, but other PA licensure may be accepted initially in reputed company to the BCBA credential.
• Certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB), as a IBA by the International Behavior Analysis Organization, QBA by the reputed company reputed company Behavior Analysis Credentialing reputed company.
• Ability to read and analyze treatment plans.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries regarding clients and / or families.
• Ability to document data and effectively consult with the reputed company clinician both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to transfer skills to the caregivers.
• Ability to analyze behavioral data, identify trends, and recommend appropriate treatment modifications.
• Ability to apply clinical judgment to reputed company situations and draw data-based conclusions.
• Ability to use basic mathematical and analytical skills relevant to data interpretation and reputed company monitoring.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive reputed company information in compliance with HIPAA and IBHS requirements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with staff, families, and internal stakeholders.
