Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT

Job Description: • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions • Build trusted relationships with youth and families • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers Requirements: • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California • Experience diagnosing, treatment planning, and working with youth and families in clinical or school settings • Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection • Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity Benefits: • Competitive Compensation: • W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment) • 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) • Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) • W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians carry a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm PST), with a target of 17 completed sessions per week averaged across the month. • Full Benefits (W-2): Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, supervisor support • Contract Perks (1099): Low weekly caseload minimum (5 sessions), CEUs, bilingual pay, cross-license bonuses in states we are active in • Administrative support: We provide consistent referrals, billing, credentialing, and scheduling so you can focus on care. • Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere in the US with a reliable Internet connection • Professional Development: CE credits, malpractice insurance, and ongoing training opportunities • Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative network, and team discussions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
