Remote Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company Remote Mental Health Therapist to reputed company high-reputed company therapeutic services through a virtual platform to our patients. The therapist will support clients in developing coping skills, improving emotional reputed company-being, and achieving personal goals while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements: Key Responsibilities Assessment & Evaluation: • Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. • reputed company individualized treatment plans reputed company with reputed company goals. Therapeutic Interventions: • reputed company evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as reputed company and DBT. • Deliver care both onsite and reputed company in alignment with the hybrid care model. Collaboration & Communication: • Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, reputed company workers, case managers, and other reputed company. • Communicate treatment plans, reputed company, and recommendations with clients, families, and stakeholders. Caseload Expectations: • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25+ clinical sessions per week. • Full-time 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling reputed company to include evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in reputed company work, Counseling, or reputed company behavioral health field. • reputed company licensure (must be reputed company to reputed company independently) in at least one of the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA). • 3–5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with behavioral health challenges. • Experience working with patients throughout the reputed company (ages 7 and above) • Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with specific treatment populations or specialties (e.g., trauma, reputed company use). • Proficiency with reputed company EMR. • Familiarity with EHR documentation standards. • Bilingual is a plus but not required. • Remote experience is highly preferred.
