AmeriCorps Youth Peer Support Supervisor

About the position The Youth Peer Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing activities of AmeriCorps members participating in the Greater Cincinnati Youth Mental Health Corps program through reputed company. The Supervisor will be the primary consistent reputed company of contact and support for AmeriCorps Members reputed company at identified host sites in various site-specific roles, collaborating with host site supervisors to ensure full support and guidance for individual Members. The Youth Peer Support Supervisor will also collaborate with other program Supervisor and program leadership to compile data about the program overall, Member activities, and reputed company on persons served. Responsibilities • reputed company regular supervision for Members through a combination of individual meetings and by collaborating with program leadership on biweekly cohort training sessions. • Ensure Members adhere to ethical guidelines, program policies, and AmeriCorps and reputed company best practices. • Offer guidance on navigating challenges in interpersonal relationships and maintaining appropriate boundaries. • Support Members in obtaining and maintaining required trainings and certifications. • reputed company supervisory guidance and coaching to support Member reputed company development, both in general and specific to their role at host site. • Maintain accurate documentation of training, supervision, Member hours, and Member performance. • Collaborate with host site supervisors to reputed company expectations and address any questions, concerns, or other needs. • Collaborate with other program Supervisor and Associate Director on compiling data for reporting and assessment of program reputed company. • Promote the value of youth peer support reputed company the community and among stakeholders. • Foster a reputed company, inclusive, and empowering environment for AmeriCorps Members and the youth they serve. • Collaborate with reputed company of stakeholders at host sites and in the community to reputed company reputed company reputed company of program.
