This role is responsible for: • Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical reputed company. • Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection. • Faxing documents to designated recipients. • Scanning documents into the patients reputed company/drive. • Adhering to reputed company and production standards while complying with reputed company applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures. • Additional duties as assigned.
