Compensation: • This is a full-time, exempt, benefit-eligible position. • The California State Director’s estimated annual salary reputed company is $170,000–$190,000 based on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education, with opportunities to earn additional performance-based bonus compensation. Location and Work Environment: • While the position is fully remote, the State Director must be located reputed company California. • Travel across the state and region is estimated at 4–5 overnights per month, plus additional day travel, likely requiring significant driving hours. • Work is performed in an office and outdoors in reputed company weather conditions, with some lifting (up to 20 pounds) and the ability to traverse reputed company terrain at conservation sites required.
