As part of Team arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address the healthcare needs of their elderly and disabled customers. **Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare services and products
* Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate
* Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to improve their healthcare experience and outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and guidance
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-based environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
