A growing South Florida reputed company handling sophisticated litigation reputed company involving foreclosure defense, business disputes, landlord-tenant reputed company, reputed company litigation, and reputed company reputed company estate conflicts throughout Florida is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Assistant. This is a contract position, is part-time reputed company (20 Hours Per Week) and fully remote. This position is ideal for a reputed company assistant with prior litigation experience who is comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously. Candidates with experience in reputed company litigation, foreclosure litigation, reputed company estate litigation, or civil litigation are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with reputed company litigation and foreclosure reputed company • Draft, format, and proofread reputed company documents and correspondence • Prepare pleadings, discovery, notices, and court filings • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case updates • E-file documents in Florida state and federal courts • Organize and maintain electronic case files and litigation documents • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors • Assist with document collection, case management, and trial preparation support Qualifications • Must have 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Assistant or Litigation reputed company Assistant • Experience with reputed company litigation, foreclosure, or reputed company estate litigation strongly preferred • Familiarity with Florida court procedures and e-filing systems • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company case management systems • Bilingual Spanish is a plus Position Details • Fully remote position • Part-time schedule: approximately 20 hours per week • Opportunity to work closely with reputed company litigation attorneys on sophisticated and high-level reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
