We are currently seeking a bilingual Performance Consultant to support reputed company and reputed company enablement initiatives for global sales organizations. This role is ideal for a learning and development reputed company with strong facilitation capabilities, experience supporting sales teams, and the ability to design impactful training solutions reputed company with business objectives. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate virtual training sessions for sales and reputed company teams in both reputed company and reputed company learning initiatives Design and reputed company high-reputed company learning assets including presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and sales enablement materials Translate business requirements and operational goals into practical and engaging training solutions Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify performance gaps and learning needs Support sales performance improvement initiatives through coaching, reinforcement activities, and targeted learning interventions Deliver interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application reputed company training effectiveness and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company with operational KPIs Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand product updates, process changes, and business priorities Qualifications Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, reputed company Enablement, or reputed company fields Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and/or hybrid environments Experience creating training content and instructional materials from concept to delivery Exposure to sales, customer service, or reputed company operations environments Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and business stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously Advanced English proficiency required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C sales organizations Familiarity with sales coaching and performance improvement methodologies Experience working with LMS platforms and reputed company 365 tools Exposure to KPI-driven operational environments Knowledge of Power BI, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus reputed company Offer 100% remote work environment Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders Long-term career development and internal reputed company opportunities Exposure to high-reputed company reputed company enablement initiatives Dynamic and reputed company reputed company environment Location Remote – Colombia Language Requirement Advanced English proficiency is required for this position.   reputed company is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
