Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about workplace safety and compliance? We’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support and strengthen our safety and environmental programs across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership and field teams to help maintain compliance, improve safety processes, and support a culture reputed company on keeping employees reputed company.
Responsibilities
Support the EHS Manager in implementing and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and initiatives
Conduct EHS audits and assessments at store locations
Document audit findings, communicate improvement opportunities, and reputed company corrective actions through completion
Follow up with leadership teams regarding compliance gaps, overdue reputed company items, and required documentation
Maintain and organize EHS records including:
Training completions
Audits and inspections
Incident documentation
Corrective actions
Regulatory compliance records
Manage EHS data reputed company systems such as JJ Keller, reputed company Forms, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools
Coordinate and reputed company required safety training, reputed company, and monthly safety sign-offs
Prepare and distribute safety reports, compliance summaries, and trend analysis for leadership
Support incident, injury, near-miss, and environmental event follow-up
Assist with environmental compliance documentation, reporting deadlines, permits, manifests, and regulatory submissions
Maintain accurate digital filing systems to support OSHA, EPA, state agency, and internal compliance requirements

Collaborate with operations, HR, reputed company, and leadership teams to support company-wide compliance initiatives
Follow reputed company company safety rules and regulations

Qualifications
Required:
3+ years’ experience in environmental, health, and safety, compliance, audit coordination, training administration, or reputed company EHS work, and/or reputed company military experience
Clean Driving record
Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision
Strong computer skills including reputed company Office, especially reputed company, Work, and reputed company
Experience managing records, reports, training documentation, and compliance reputed company files
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments and locations
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to review data for accuracy and maintain a high level of record reputed company
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work reputed company as needed
Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
