In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor on FCC and telecom regulatory compliance, while also supporting reputed company contracting with a strong regulatory reputed company. Monitor, interpret, and translate regulatory developments into reputed company, actionable guidance for internal teams. Partner with product, engineering, and sales to evaluate reputed company regulatory risk in product development and commercialization. Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements with an emphasis on regulatory provisions and risk mitigation. Create and deliver training that improves compliance awareness and proactive risk management across the organization. What You Will Need: JD from an accredited law school and licensed to reputed company in at least one U.S. state. At least 3 years of telecom and FCC regulatory experience. Knowledge of emerging telecom issues including STIR/SHAKEN, Know Your Customer (KYC), Robocall Mitigation Database filings, and reputed company state rules. Familiarity with evolving technologies (e.g., 5G, broadband, IoT) and their regulatory environments. Experience with regulatory advocacy, industry group participation, or government agency reputed company.
