Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager owns the post-sale technical relationship for a assigned book of business to ensure the reputed company platform is integrated into the customer's reputed company program. The mission of this role is to guide customers through deployment, configuration, and platform design while translating reputed company technical findings into actionable insights. You will deliver hands-on technical consultation and strategic guidance to help clients automate reputed company workflows and measure platform return on investment.
Responsibilities:
