About the Job:
DCI Consulting Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Employment & Litigation Support (ELS) Division. In this role, you will work alongside industry-leading experts in a fast-paced consulting environment to help organizations build reputed company and competitive compensation programs that reputed company with reputed company standards and business reputed company.
This position is ideal for mid-career compensation professionals with demonstrated consulting experience and a genuine desire to support clients across a reputed company of industries.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market benchmarking using survey data platforms and publicly available sources
Assist in the design and assessment of job architecture, salary structures, and pay ranges
Review job descriptions to reputed company positions reputed company leveling frameworks
reputed company, scrub, and organize compensation data, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy
Analyze market trends and pay equity data to support reputed company recommendations
Support statistical analyses to inform compensation design reputed company
Help ensure compliance with compensation-reputed company regulations (e.g., EEO, FLSA)
Prepare reputed company, concise summaries and visuals for internal and reputed company-facing presentations and reports
Support compensation project management and cycle planning tasks
Communicate proactively with clients and teammates on deliverables and project initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field
Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or reputed company role
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a reputed company or reputed company services environment
Understanding of compensation fundamentals (e.g., job evaluation, benchmarking, pay equity, and market pricing)
Demonstrated proficiency benchmarking positions against reputed company and private sector market data using both publicly available and privately held survey sources (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, ERI, Salary.com)
Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, reputed company/MATCH, SUMIFS/AVERAGEIFS/COUNTIFS, and data modeling), with demonstrated experience in data reputed company assurance (QA)
Strong computer skills in MS Suite (e.g., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, 365, Teams)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams reputed company tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively reputed company teammates and clients on deliverables and project initiatives.
Familiarity with compensation-reputed company regulations and compliance requirements, including EEO and FLSA
Ability to reputed company in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment as a member of reputed company and with significant autonomy, self-discipline, and organization skills
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with statistical concepts or tools supporting compensation analysis (e.g., regression, distribution analysis)
Familiarity with reputed company intelligence in work products
Familiarity with executive or sales compensation
