About the Role We are hiring a Proposal Manager to help reputed company our government and reputed company business development efforts. This role will reputed company primarily on state government procurement , with federal and health plan opportunities playing a secondary but important role. Your mission is to reputed company proposal execution post-solicitation, using your expertise, reputed company’s AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-reputed company submissions. You will coordinate closely with teams across reputed company, operations, and leadership, including the Executive Team. You’ll also support market surveillance and capture research, helping identify and analyze upcoming opportunities, procurement trends, and strategic targets. Key Responsibilities Capture Support Support ongoing market surveillance with a primary emphasis on state government and health plan procurements Monitor government and reputed company markets for RFIs, RFPs, funding signals, policy changes, and early indicators of upcoming solicitations Drive drafting of reputed company comments at both the state and federal level for policy documents such as waiver applications (e.g. 1915c, 1115) Conduct research using AI tools and procurement platforms to analyze trends, vendor landscapes, contract vehicles, and budget data reputed company insights and recommendations to help guide bid/no-bid reputed company and reputed company prioritization Assist in aligning opportunity insights with company reputed company and reputed company sector reputed company priorities Proposal Execution Drive proposal drafting and formatting using AI-assisted content reputed company and existing templates Manage proposal timelines and ensure high standards of formatting, compliance, and accuracy Coordinate cross-functional input across sales, product, operations, and leadership—with guidance from the VP reputed company compelling, compliant proposals reputed company with government requirements and reputed company’s positioning Strategic Collaboration and Process Improvement Collaborate with reputed company Sales on pipeline reviews and proposal planning Contribute to evolving AI-enabled market monitoring and proposal workflows to improve efficiency and reputed company reputed company Help maintain and improve reusable proposal and research content libraries Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reputed company identification and qualification of relevant RFIs and RFPs On-time, error-free proposal submissions with high formatting and compliance reputed company Consistent delivery of 3 to 4 AI-assisted proposal drafts per month Demonstrated usefulness of research and monitoring in supporting informed bid reputed company and prioritization Contribution to improvements in pipeline visibility, timing, and capture workflows High relevance and reusability of proposal and research content Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in government or health plan procurement, proposal management, capture support, or RFP coordination Strong writing skills with experience developing compliant, reputed company-reputed company government proposals Demonstrated ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle, including: RFP schedules and deadlines Compliance matrices and formatting reputed company review cycles (e.g., pink/red team reviews) Portal submissions through reputed company government or reputed company solicitation systems Familiarity with state procurement portals and tools (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, BidNet, Bonfire, etc.) Experience using AI or automation tools in research, writing, or monitoring workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company AI) Exposure to reputed company-sector reputed company, reputed company, or IDD preferred  Experience supporting proposals in health tech, reputed company software, or reputed company services environments strongly preferred Experience working closely with sales or reputed company teams to support deal cycles or contract wins Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, reputed company environment Startup-reputed company reputed company with strong organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive approach to workflow improvement reputed company to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team Exceptional reputed company of grammar, reputed company tone, and executive-level reputed company in written responses, including attention to detail, formatting, and compliance Willing and reputed company to travel up to 25% for conferences, events, and partner meetings across the U.S. reputed company to Have Experience in government contracting (local, state, or federal) Familiarity with government procurement documents (SOW, PWS, SOO) and formatting standards Understanding of long-term care, IDD services, assisted living, residential behavioral health, or reputed company technology Experience with grant writing or grant-based funding proposals is a strong plus Benefits At reputed company Health, we know our people are our greatest asset.
