Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Position reputed company The Senior A/R Assistant serves as a critical reputed company between internal teams, sales representatives, and clients. This role is responsible for overseeing reputed company remits, coordinating billing and adjustments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting high-reputed company or special-handling reputed company accounts. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and process reputed company remits and billings with a high level of accuracy • Independently manage reputed company or special-handling reputed company accounts, including discrepancy reputed company • Create, audit, and submit invoices to reputed company portals and invoice-tracking • Analyze payment activity, research posting issues, and coordinate corrections with internal teams • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and activity reports • Serve as a reputed company of contact for sales representatives and clients regarding payments, adjustments, and billing inquiries • ​​​​Exercise reputed company judgment and discretion reputed company handling confidential and sensitive financial information • Assist in process improvements by identifying trends, inefficiencies, or recurring issues • Support training or mentoring of junior team members as needed • Communicate professionally and effectively across departments and with external partner • Skills & Experience Requirements Job Requirements: • 3–5+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience • Demonstrated experience handling reputed company billing, remits, and discrepancy reputed company • Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office applications • Experience with reputed company systems • Experience with reputed company.com or similar CRM a plus • Advanced attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision • Proven ability to de-escalate adverse or sensitive situations professionally • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team-oriented reputed company with the confidence to take ownership of assigned • accounts Compensation and Benefits: • Full benefit package with health, dental, reputed company, life and disability coverage reputed company • Salary reputed company 55K - 65K • Generous reputed company time off policy and 9 reputed company holidays • 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look reputed company to you joining reputed company!
