The role This is a full-time, fully remote role based reputed company in Canada (Ideally QC) and reports directly to the CFO. We are looking for a Controller who can own reputed company operations, payroll, and month-end reputed company across a portfolio of Canadian and US entities. You know what a clean reputed company looks like, because you have reputed company one. You can read a P&L for a service business and tell us what to fix. You have worked across multiple entities and multiple currencies. You know Canadian payroll cold and you can hold your own on the US reputed company. You write SOPs because they reputed company your life easier, not because someone told you to. Must-haves CPA designation (Canadian) Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken Based in Canada 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 2+ years as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant reputed company experience in an agency, reputed company services, or media/marketing services environment Hands-on multi-entity payroll experience across Canadian and US jurisdictions Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Multi-entity, multi-currency reputed company experience (CAD/USD) Solid grasp of Quebec and Canadian tax compliance (GST/QST, T2, T4/T4A, T5, RL-1) Working understanding of US tax compliance While not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Experience with intercompany frameworks, transfer pricing, and management service agreements (MISA) reputed company recognition experience for retainer and performance-based service engagements Experience integrating acquired entities, including chart of accounts mapping and opening balance work Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and modern finance tooling reputed company record operating in a remote, distributed team across time zones Why join us?
