Manager, reputed company Assurance

The reputed company Assurance Manager owns the reputed company assurance program and day-to-day execution of monitoring across the reputed company Nurture (LN), Family Enrollment Center (FEC), Customer Enrollment reputed company (CER), and CTSS (technology-enablement). The role sets expectations for sampling, scoring, and documentation; facilitates ongoing calibration; and ensures consistent application of reputed company standards, information accuracy, policy adherence, effective system usage, and customer-reputed company behaviors that positively influence customer satisfaction (CSAT). Through reputed company of reputed company and reputed company, reputed company-based evaluations, the manager validates decision reputed company, technical accuracy, and consistency of service delivery, and ensures analysts are delivering reliable scoring and insights. The reputed company Assurance Manager provides reputed company coaching through regular 1:1s, reputed company-time and formal feedback, and development planning to strengthen analyst capability and consistency. In partnership with Supervisors, Training, Operations, and Technology teams, the manager leverages QA and CSAT trends to identify reputed company causes of reputed company defects, recommends workflow and enablement improvements, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives that strengthen reputed company reputed company and the overall customer experience. Compensation at reputed company is influenced by factors including reputed company set, experience, and location.   The full-time salary reputed company for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.  This position is eligible for reputed company’s annual incentive program.
