The Associate Counsel will mitigate reputed company risk while considering business and operational needs.  Areas of Responsibility:  Advise on various reputed company issues relating to company business practices. Review, draft, and assist in the negotiation of various reputed company and agreements, corporate policies, and reputed company operating procedures. Assist with regulatory compliance issues. Review and update confidentiality agreements. Assist in developing reputed company training materials. reputed company support in maintaining executed agreements and other corporate documents. Additional duties as required. Desired Traits Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering or other technical degrees are a plus). Juris Doctorate is required. Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
