It supports this mission by fostering a diverse workforce and maintaining global operations with over 11,000 employees across 19 countries. • About the Opportunity: The Safety And Quality Manager role is responsible for leading and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards within the Renewables division. This position supports field operations by promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role is remote and reports to the OMS Renewables Executive. • Responsibilities: • Lead safety and quality programs aligned with organizational expectations. • Promote a positive safety culture by enhancing communication and reporting. • Develop, implement, and oversee safety and quality procedures and improvement initiatives. • Manage employee training, certifications, and compliance tracking for field readiness. • Review and approve operating procedures ensuring regulatory compliance. • Provide guidance and corrective action leadership to field teams. • Monitor safety metrics, analyze trends, and execute corrective and preventive actions. • Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses. • Ensure consistent documentation, communication, and reporting. • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. • Manage adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. • Travel as necessary to support safety and quality initiatives. • Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. • Minimum 6 years of experience in safety leadership, quality assurance, and field operational support, favoring wind energy, renewables, or industrial field services. • Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered. • Experience developing training materials, procedural documentation, and safety/quality programs. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for renewable-energy field operations. • Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Base salary range estimated between $130,400.00 and $163,000.00 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. • Benefits & Perks: • Comprehensive medical benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, and Health Savings Account with employer contributions. • Wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program supporting employees and their households. • 401(k) plan with company match contributions. • Paid vacations and company holidays. • Flexible work arrangements. • Educational reimbursement and career development programs. • Global recognition and service programs. • Employee referral program.
