Pool Contractor

Overview We are seeking a US citizen that holds a Florida Pool Contractor license enabling them to build residential and/or commercial pools in the state of Florida. This is a special project spanning a month with minimal effort. Responsibilities • Manage all phases of pool construction projects, including excavation, framing, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing touches such as plastering and tile laying • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs • Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless project flow and adherence to safety standards • Conduct inspections throughout the construction process to maintain quality control and compliance with building codes • Estimate project costs accurately using construction estimating techniques; prepare detailed project timelines and budgets • Oversee site safety protocols, including proper handling of materials like concrete, stucco, masonry, and glass installation materials • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, and inspection reports using tools like Bluebeam or similar software • Ensure all work complies with local regulations, permits, and industry standards while delivering exceptional craftsmanship Skills • Extensive experience in construction management, inspection, and site supervision within the pool or general construction industry • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to pool design • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematics), concrete forming, masonry, plastering, and tile installation • Excellent understanding of construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resources needed for each project • Strong commitment to safety practices on-site with experience in construction site experience standards • Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, suppliers,and inspectors Join us if you’re passionate about crafting beautiful pools that transform outdoor spaces!
