**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Healthcare Quality Improvement Program**

As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our IT information designing and investigation teams to execute and maintain data foundation conditions that enable report automation for our Medical Care Quality Improvement program. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of data experts, BI engineers, framework chairs, and data clients to deliver execution experiences across arenaflex's healthcare division. **Key Responsibilities** * Directs the delivery of arenaflex's healthcare data and insights drives and projects * Upholds long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex's healthcare reporting and analysis expectations * Plans, creates, and sends layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Develops data organizing and pre-handling principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents * Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents) * Creates internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Demonstrated, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting instrument-agnostic semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Data ManagementCertified Data Analyst (CDA) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If this role sounds like a perfect fit, don't hesitate.
