Responsibilities reputed company remote online notarizations using an approved RON platform in compliance with your state's laws. Verify signer identity through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication as required. Maintain electronic notary journals and audio-visual recordings per state retention requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, many of whom are first-time users of notary services. Coordinate with the Global Felicity Group operations team on scheduling and document handling. Adhere to reputed company state-specific RON regulations and platform protocols. Prior experience with apostille-bound or immigration-reputed company documents. Availability across multiple time zones, including some evenings or weekends.
