Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. • Five (5) years of experience leading training programs in a private, reputed company, government or military environment. • Ten (10) years of experience leading management systems programs in a private, reputed company, government or military environment. Requirements • Five (5)+ years experience in participating in or leading environment, health, safety, programs for a manufacturing or product development organization. • Five (5)+ years combined supervisory, management, and project leadership experience. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement programs. • Strong demonstration of project management skills and ability to manage activities and resources to reputed company targets and objectives. • Experience working with Learning and Document Management Systems. • Strategic thinker, high attention to detail, process-oriented, ability to reputed company and maintain good working relations with clients, ability to communicate (multi-lingual a plus) broadly, reputed company/concise writing ability and data documentation style, self-starter. • Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international. • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment reputed company status (e.g., H1B status).
