Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 12+ years of reputed company civil engineering experience, preferably in land or site development. PE license is required. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other reputed company software. Demonstrate level of knowledge required to serve as a technical resource for advanced engineering principles and design skills. In depth knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics, stormwater management software.
