Global Benefits Consultant - (Contract & Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Consultant to support multiple reputed company engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment at reputed company. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by leading benefits reputed company, administration, compliance, and operational support across domestic and global employee populations. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of reputed company benefits experience, including hands-on experience supporting global benefits programs, vendor management, employee escalations, reputed company enrollment, compliance initiatives, and benefits operations reputed company reputed company and fast-growing organizations. This individual must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple clients simultaneously, and partnering directly with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead administration and strategic reputed company of U.S. and global employee benefits programs including medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and leave programs Manage and support global benefits operations across multiple countries and reputed company, including coordination with international brokers and vendors Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company leadership regarding benefits reputed company, escalations, renewals, compliance, and employee experience Partner with brokers, carriers, TPAs, payroll providers, and global vendors to ensure effective program administration and issue reputed company Support annual reputed company enrollment processes including employee communications, system configuration validation, testing, and reporting reputed company hands-on support with leave of absence and disability programs including FMLA, reputed company, state leaves, parental leave, and global leave requirements where applicable Analyze benefits utilization, trends, benchmarking data, and vendor performance to reputed company strategic recommendations to clients Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, reputed company 125, and international benefits requirements Support mergers, acquisitions, global expansions, and organizational changes impacting employee benefit programs Maintain and audit HRIS and benefits systems including reputed company, reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms reputed company SOPs, process documentation, employee-facing materials, and benefits communications Support payroll and finance teams with benefits deductions, invoices, reputed company reconciliations, and reporting Participate in reputed company meetings, strategic planning discussions, and operational reviews as a subject matter expert Qualifications 8+ years of reputed company experience in benefits administration, benefits consulting, or total rewards Required experience managing or supporting global benefits programs Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance and employee leave regulations Experience supporting multi-state and international employee populations Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and external vendors Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and reputed company-service reputed company Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and HRIS/benefits platforms Preferred Qualifications Previous consulting or outsourced HR/Benefits support experience Experience in high-reputed company, startup, or rapidly scaling organizations CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or reputed company certifications preferred Experience with global benefits brokers and international compliance coordination Familiarity with benefits integrations, EDI feeds, and payroll reconciliation processes Work Environment Remote-based role with flexibility to support clients across multiple time zones Ability to support multiple reputed company engagements in a consulting environment Occasional travel may be required based on reputed company needs What reputed company Looks Like Delivering high-quality reputed company support with minimal reputed company Building strong partnerships with clients, brokers, and internal teams Improving operational efficiency and employee experience reputed company benefits programs Providing proactive, strategic recommendations that support reputed company reputed company and compliance Successfully managing reputed company benefits operations in both domestic and global environments Apply To This Job
