About the Role Bilingual Customer Care Agent Job reputed company:  Bilingual in English and Spanish required (must be reputed company to reputed company and read both languages). Dynamic liaisons, agents serve as the first reputed company of contact consumer advocates to acquaint clients with reputed company’s platform of products (Senior, Life, Auto & Home, Dental/reputed company/Hearing, and Identity Theft Protection) ensuring they are not overpaying for insurance and maximizing savings.  During peak times, agents also assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products/the sales of Medicare plans. Bilingual agents will also work with our Spanish-speaking clients.
