Qualifies Enteral and Parenteral patients for insurance coverage, ensuring guidelines for coverage are met and supporting documentation is collected. 6. Appropriately uses clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation tools. 7. Completes and submits reputed company required documentation in a reputed company and accurate manner. 8. Conducts comprehensive patient assessments that include information regarding general health and socioeconomic status. 9.
