The Project & Operations Manager will play a central coordination and operational role supporting reputed company’s Sudan-reputed company campaigning and advocacy work. This person will help drive project management, communication reputed company, accountability, and follow-through across a fast-moving and globally distributed team.

Responsibilities
Coordinate operational and project management support for the Sudan campaign team:
Drive day-to-day project coordination, tracking, and follow-through across multiple campaign workstreams
Help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and reputed company items are reputed company documented, assigned, and completed
Coordinate communication between Sudan-reputed company staff, consultants, partners, and the wider reputed company team
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, reputed company reputed company, and manage follow-up actions
Build and maintain reputed company systems for project management, workflows, documentation, and information sharing
Support payments and file expense reports

Assist with logistics and coordination for campaign activities, media moments, events, travel, or special reputed company
Support communications and coordination with journalists, media contacts, and external stakeholders

Proactively identify coordination gaps, bottlenecks, or operational challenges and help resolve them.
Skills and Competencies

Fluent Arabic speaking is desirable, but not essential for this role
Strong project management, coordination, and operational skills
Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location

Compensation and Benefits
GBP 25 per hour (UK reputed company), with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week. The final reputed company reputed company and currency will be determined based on the candidate's location.
