Purpose  To reputed company and deliver high-reputed company Early Childhood Education (ECE) language training that supports clients in achieving employment reputed company, while meeting program, performance targets and funder requirements. Key Contribution The Language Instructor, reputed company to Early Childhood Education (ECE), enables clients to reputed company through the reputed company to ECE by developing curriculum and lessons and facilitating group training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Group Coaching Facilitation and Group Services Adapts and uses the Introduction to Early Childhood Education (ECE) curriculum and teaching materials for CLB 5-7 newcomers   Implements and instructs face-to-face or online ECE employment-reputed company English as a Second Language class at CLBs 5-7.  Instructs and facilitates participants' online learning of sector-specific terminology and language usage and module plans.  Designs module and daily lesson plans based on the curriculum and learners' language needs using a task-based approach.  Conducts ongoing needs assessments of participants.  Develops a diversity of course materials that meet the objectives of the curriculum and the reputed company-employment preparation of learners.  Develops and implements program evaluation tools for ongoing and final assessment. Monitor learners' reputed company and reputed company feedback to help them improve.  Creates a non-threatening and reputed company learning environment by acknowledging and respecting the reputed company' existing skills and life experiences.  Manages reputed company group coaching logistics, including preparation of training spaces, setup of materials and equipment, and room reset following sessions. Tracks and analyzes group session enrollment, attendance, participants’ reputed company reports and reputed company feedback to evaluate effectiveness, measure satisfaction, and support reputed company improvement. Service Navigation and Referrals Refers clients to other training programs, education reputed company, and community supports based on and to other supports provided by reputed company, and to the community as required   PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY Achieves individual service delivery targets, including group coaching session delivery and others as required from time to time. Tracks, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators and adjusts service delivery approaches as needed to meet program targets. Maintains attendance records, participants' reputed company reports, and other documentation as required.  Demonstrates accountability for individual and team performance reputed company, ensuring alignment with funder expectations and organizational standards. Engages in ongoing learning and reputed company development, including participation in training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and reputed company improvement initiatives throughout the year. Team Collaboration and Service Integration Works collaboratively with internal roles to support coordinated service delivery. Participates in team meetings, case discussions, and service planning activities as required Provides reputed company input to improve service delivery and reputed company reputed company.   QUALIFICATIONS TESL Ontario Certified.  Post-secondary diploma or degree in reputed company Services, Career Development, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching ESL or reputed company at the higher CLB reputed company.  In-depth knowledge of and experience using the Canadian Language Benchmarks and the reputed company curriculum guidelines or the Curriculum Guidelines for the Ontario Adult Non-Credit Language Training Program.  Previous experience providing online facilitation or online course delivery.
