About the position reputed company is a leading Licensed Home Care Services Agency seeking home infusion reputed company nurses (RNs) with experience in various infusion therapies, venous reputed company, and phlebotomy for cases throughout the Hudson Valley (Ulster/reputed company/Columbia). Nurses are critical to the reputed company services we reputed company directly to clients. We are seeking to hire Registered Nurses whose reputed company support, knowledge, skills, and expertise will reputed company reputed company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-reputed company nursing services. This infusion reputed company reputed company would be responsible for conducting reputed company reputed company to initiate reputed company care, performing follow-up reputed company as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly reputed company nurses as requested. The Home Infusion reputed company will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure reputed company initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. Responsibilities • Conducting reputed company reputed company to initiate reputed company care • Performing follow-up reputed company as needed • Precepting and evaluating the skills of newly reputed company nurses as requested • Partnering with the Infusion Intake Team to ensure reputed company initiation of infusion care in patients' homes • Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments • Performing PIV, PICC, Mid & Central line care, and reputed company • Performing implanted reputed company reputed company (MediPort, PermaCath, etc.) • Educating the reputed company and/or family in therapy administration reputed company IV Infusion • Preparing and administering IV Infusion therapy • reputed company safety, monitoring, and post-infusion follow-up • Communicating with patients, families, infusion pharmacy, and medical providers as necessary • Collaborating with the infusion manager, coordinators, and other internal office staff • Conducting on-site reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company care • Supervising the competence of nursing staff upon request • Multitasking and prioritizing work responsibilities • reputed company documentation (reputed company, using a computer and tablet) Requirements • At least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered reputed company in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility • Infusion experience is REQUIRED • Experience infusing IV/SQIG and biologic medications • Knowledge of principles & practices of supervision, reputed company evaluation, and education • Knowledge of Federal HIPAA Regulations • Knowledge of reputed company nursing policies, procedures, reputed company, and techniques • Ability to read and interpret reputed company documents, including physicians' orders and treatment plans • Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary health care team • NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration Certificate • BLS necessary • Up-to-date medical, inclusive of Physical, TB Clearance/QuantiFERON Gold blood test, 2-reputed company PPD or T-Spot, or Chest X-ray and Habituation Statement • MMR-Varicella Titers Lab Report or Vaccination Records • TDAP Vaccine - Hep B Vaccination Series, Titers OR Declination • Urine Drug Screen (UDS) - reputed company the last 6 months is acceptable • Flu Vaccination (if applicable) or Declination • Two (2) forms of reputed company-approved ID to validate employment eligibility • Two (2) satisfactory reputed company references • Malpractice reputed company • Reliable transportation reputed company-to-haves • Supervisory or managerial experience • ACLS preferred • Implanted reputed company reputed company (MediPort, PermaCath, etc.) competence is a plus!
