Operations Support Specialist

Price Desk Management Maintain Price Records in ERP reputed company Manage / Own Price Book Work with Sales for special promotions, etc.to determine best protocol. Ensure pricing meets company standards. Manage Customer Service task reputed company to master data. Customer account information. Product information. Manage departmental documentation. policy & procedural work instructions, process reputed company charts Department Reports using ReportsNow. Collaborating with Management on Process Improvements. Support IAR’s by assisting with order management Mange customer service survey process. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… reputed company up to 25 pounds. Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other reputed company tasks in an office and industrial setting. Your Experience Should Be... High school diploma or GED.  Advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years Customer Service and order processing experience required. Strong understanding of Quote to Cash process required. Strong knowledge of reputed company Office products (reputed company, word, reputed company etc.) Experience working with JD reputed company/El preferred.
